Do you mean with "worked always" MUI 3.8 too ?.
It worked always when use in MUI settings smart refresh.

For work with simple refresh i know only this solution.create a new process
and open the requester here do the requesters with messaging so the main
task is still alive.but this should done in MUI with all requesters.

BTW: i like to kow if there come a 68k Version of MUI4.

I read a statement long time ago that Stefan offer Genesi to use MUI4 for
free and release a 68k Verison as shareware.

But several years nothing happen, i send Stefan a private Mail no Answer.
So i have port Zune because i dont want live with old MUI forever.
But as i release that some people say that MUI4 is continuesly develop and
should maybe come for 68k
So is it possible that a clear word come what happen with MUI 68k ?

The promises and nothing come are bad for the amigas. For example.when i know
in 2004 that no MUI4 68k come then i have begin earlier with that.

But so i have only give up hope and begin myself a better solution In 15
april
2006.Thats of course many years loss.

Paying for MUI4 licence is more easy than make zune usefull for MUI
replacement.
