Thanks for the explanation.
How about if I work around this problem by formatting the menu item
text myself and not using MUIA_Menuitem_Shortcut on MorphOS. Do you
have some sample code that shows how to check for MorphOS (or a
condition that tells me when this problem is present)?
And is there any chance that a future version of MUI/gadtools will
implement this feature?
