When I had a problem with Mulberry this morning, I placed my usual call to Cyrus. When extension 14 rang forever without an answer, without vmail even kicking in, I was concerned. I then went to the Mulberry website and was devastated to find out about the Chapter 7 filing. My next step was to look for a user support group (never needed it before as Cyrus always had the answer), so here I am, and I hope you can help.
Last night, my company upgraded its MS Exchange Server to Windows 2003. Now that my mailbox has been migrated to the new server, I get the following dialog box from Mulberry 4.0.3 (on WinXP Pro SP2): Could not select a mailbox. There is no replica for that mailbox on this server. Account: IMAP Mailbox: INBOX It then proceeds to give me a similar dialog for every IMAP mailbox. After that, I have a red "X" (in the folder list) through every mailbox on the IMAP server. It's clear that Mulberry is unable to access the mailboxes on the new server. Any ideas? I downloaded 4.0.4, and will give that a try, but I decided not to have two variables at once. I'd like to get 4.0.3 working with the new server, then I'll give 4.0.4 a spin, unless there's compelling evidence that 4.0.4 will solve the problem. But my strong feeling is that there's a way to get 4.0.3 up and running on the new server, likely with just a parameter setting. An interesting tidbit is that Outlook (yuck!) works fine on the new server without any change in parameter settings (most of the company uses Outlook, but I'm a Mulberry fanatic).
