Hi everyone, I booted up 2.6.37 today to find that gestures weren't working from my magic trackpad. Due to a change made in the magicmouse driver, the trackpad was saying it provided relative axis data. This throws off grail, and failure ensues.
I have pushed a patch up to the linux-input mailing list in the hopes that it will be fixed before 2.6.37 final. In the meantime, if you run Ubuntu on 2.6.37 and need magic trackpad gestures, feel free to install the hid-magicmouse-dkms package available in the utouch-team/utouch ppa.
