Ich war getempted a ganzen message in Denglish zu writen, aber ich dinke dat Ich habe that enough gedone hier in die Munchkins-liste. Du kannst it alles in den Archive finden. :-) It was good to see Mar C in New York this past weekend, and I can see that the kids are more willing to speak Esperanto now. The night after the Distra Vespero when we drove from Manhattan to Brooklyn, I dragged Jonah out of the car and out of a sound sleep as he mumbled "ne, ne, ne, ne" (rather than "no, no, no, no..."). Recently, I've started learning a bit more Spanish. Working nights, there's nobody around when I take my lunch break except a few Spanish speakers who are also on break. I try to sit close to try to catch what they are saying. My son's school has a full-time Spanish teacher (he's just finished kindergarten), so I've been wondering whether it might be affordable (and a good idea) to think about spending our vacation in Mexico next year. Does anybody have experience and/or advice on family immersion programs -- especially for very small children down to 2 years old?
