Hi! Here is a list of books for teaching children to read in Spanish. My "long" list ended up being shorter because a lot of the books that I have are for Grades 3-6, and for things like writing, games, etc. and not especially for reading. I'm not sure how many (if any) of these books are available through amazon.com. Some may be available through www.casadellibro.com, a bookstore in Spain that delivers to the USA. Schools that offer bilingual education have Spanish textbooks that are translations of the English. There are comprehensive Lectura (Reading) programs from PreK to Grade 6 that cover all topics in a detailed and organized way (there are student books, exercise books, teacher's books). You may want to contact your closest bilingual school and find out if they will allow you to photocopy the PreK, K and 1 Lectura books. I especially recommend "Leer con sílabas," Ed. SRA/McGraw-Hill (part of the "Foro abierto para la lectura" Lectura program). It's a little Ancillary book that takes children letter by letter and syllable by syllable until they can form words and sentences, and ends with some easy readings.
