Correct, except there is a short movie tutorial at the beginning to teach you navigation via your remote control.
I'd love to put this on a torrent and write a blog post about it, but it's the kind of thing that the legal team needs to examine and WMF would need to make a few phone calls to Microsoft about. When you insert the disc, the first thing on screen is a disclaimer that I'm sure the Microsoft legal wrote.
