This is not a matter of which plugin you use, conflict resolution is
handeled by the MultiSync sync engine. If you edit both items so that
the result is (approximately) the same, then nothing is done. If the
items have changed so that they are differnt, both versions are copied
to both sides -- i.e you'll recieve a duplicate and will have to delete
one of them yourself.
