The first patch fixes a simple compile error when multisync is compiled
with gcc 2.95; you can't define a variable in the middle of a code
block.

The second block reflects some kind of bug with recurrence.  The problem
may be actually in Evolution, but this fixes it.  When an event is set
to recur every week on the same day, multisync was not putting a
"rweekdays" attribute to show this.  This caused datebook to crash on
the zaurus.

My patch, in the case where the is no "rweekdays" but there is
recurrence, calculates the proper "rweekdays" from the start_date and
outputs it.  Synchronization now works and datebook no longer crashes.
