Looks interesting, I should have a look at it. Otherwise the separation
of multisync into a daemon and separate gui is not on top of my priority
list. There are other internal changes of the sync structure to be fixed
first, and of course the never-ending fixes to the too many plugins I
maintain.

But if you or anyone else is interested in planning (and implementing)
the structure of this separation, you are of course very welcome.
