As far is I can tell, each device has his own set of bugs. One of the reason is that: 1/ vCalendar and iCalendar specs have obscure points 2/ there is no "standard" protocol and/or software to synchronize phone devices on Windows, and that is was these manufacturers use for reference. They all use their own software to test. That means that there is no conformance. iSync on MacOS X has the same problem.
