The Syncml OBEX Binding is well described in the Syncml Spezification, The Implentation of this binding is however afaik depending on the Devices. The Sony Ericsson T68i Phones f.e. support only the Syncml-Http binding. Actually I haven't heard from any devices, which supports Syncml over OBEX.
