I find that when an appointment is editing from my iPaq, the appointment's time zone returns to UTC, which reflects in Evolution moving the appointment. When I return to Evolution, I adjust the timezone back to my original time zone, and the appointment is fixed. Appointments on iPaq appear to be at the correct times, so I can only assume time zone information is lost during synchronisation.
