Initial Comment:
Support for iCalendars over webDAV would be a great
plugin, which I think would be fairly simple to implement.

It's practically the same plugin as evolution as far as
I can see, except the iCalendar file is read over WebDAV.

Support for this would make it possible to synchronize
with MacOS/X iCal, Mozilla Sunbird, and more with
access to a WebDAV-enabled webserver

Finding something that makes me capable of
synchronizing between a web calendar, my iPaq and a
decent stand-alone calendar (preferably Evolution) is
proving difficult, but this would take me a long step
of the way...
