Hallo.

I have just tried to sync my Sony Ericsson T630 phonebook with
Evolution.

It has problems with detection of charset and possible Bug workarounds
seems to be insufficient.

Example of two items:
N;ENCODING=QUOTED-PRINTABLE:M=E1lkovi
N;CHARSET=UTF-7:rodi+AQ0-e

Problem description:

Items, which can be covered by ISO-8859-1 are encoded as
QUOTED-PRINTABLE ISO-8859-1 (probably for compatibility reasons) and
marked as "QUOTED-PRINTABLE:".

Items, which cannot be covered by ISO-8859-1 are encoded as UTF-7 and
marked as "UTF-7:".

If I will not check "Translate from character set" workaround,
QUOTED-PRINTABLE items will remain in ISO-8859-1 and are displayed
incorrectly.

If I check it in, I can use ISO-8859-1, then ISO-8859-1 items are
correct, but non ISO-8859-1 items are mangled (UTF-7).

If I use UTF-7, then ISO-8859-1 items are mangled.

Possible fixes:
- Expect, that any QUOTED-PRINTABLE not marked by any other encoding is
ISO-8859-1 mark and not consider this as workaround.

This solution may even make "Translate from character set" obsolete.
(Needs to check with other mobile phone owners.)

- Add new workaround item "Encoding for QUOTED-PRINTABLE".
