Thanks to those who told me I needed to use an ssh-agent. I can now connect, and data gets transferred in at least one direction. In fact my addressbook is synced - Yeah!! However, for the data that uses categories in evo (calendar and todolist), I get the following output to the terminal: Connecting to zaurusu... Fetching /root/Applications/addressbook/addressbook.xml to /tmp/addressbook.xml Connecting to zaurusu... Couldn't stat remote file: No such file or directory File "/root/Applications/todolist/todolist.xml" not found. Connecting to zaurusu... Fetching /root/Applications/datebook/datebook.xml to /tmp/datebook.xml Connecting to zaurusu... Fetching /root/Settings/Categories.xml to /tmp/Categories.xml and see "getting local changes" in the title bar, and then it segfaults. The log window shows nothing. My settings are: evo plugin first opie plugin second all data types synced opie plugin set to opie/openzaurus manual sync interval all data "always synced from first to second" all data "never synced from second to first" I was planning on changing the last two settings for all three data types after I got my zaurus up to date. Any clues, or any other info I can supply to help debug my problem? Also, what happened to the remote plugin for 0.80. I would love to be able to sync evo 1.4.4 on both laptop and desktop without having to kill evo/oaf/wombat and rsyncing. Warren -- +==| HOME |=======| Warren G.
