I see, I am quite new to the PDA world, and I am abit nervous about
installing openZaurus, as I have no idea what is involved. I managed to
get around the ftp server issue by installing the troll-ftpd and was able
to successfully connect via ftp to the device on port 21, then multisync
just sit there with 'Searching for clients..' in the status column. I
guess this is due to running the 3.x ROM.

Are there plans to connect with the 3.x ROM ?

Will keep monitoring your project.
