Jes, i could fix it too, I removed all Entries with Umlauts > I did not try to check those record, as i consider this an S55 severe > bug: the sync could fail (and maybe Multisync cause this), but crashing > this way is anyway not a normal behaviour of the phone. Dont think so at all. Tasks with Umlauts are no problem normally, but I think, the way multisync posts them to the phone breaks something. In one point youre ritght: the phone shouldnt crash because of this. > I found on Siemens web an S55 software package upgrade, but where can i > read the list of bugs fixed by this release? > Maybe something related to this problem was fixed. I dont think they fixed such things, since with the original (windows-)software there are no problems with this. Currently i am on Version 11, I think I will search some win-pc and update the next days. They usually include a _very_ small changlog with those packets i think. > And by the way, did soneone know how to install it without the cable? :-) I dont wanna try this... ------------------------------------------------------- This sf.net email is sponsored by:ThinkGeek Welcome to geek heaven. http://thinkgeek.com/sf _______________________________________________ Multisync-users mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/multisync-users
