Unless you have made some fancy changes to your Zaurus setup, it should
be user "root" and password "rootme" or "Qtopia". If you want to use
sftp the password doesn't matter but you need to have your ssh host keys
set up so that you can log into the zaurus without having to enter a
password. 

>From the fact that you can choose between usb-tcp/ip and usb-i/o I
gather you are using the sharp ROM. Please note that Multisync/Opie_sync
only supports sharp ROM versions up to 2.38. Sharp changed the PIM app
file format for 3.10 and that format is not yet supported in opie_sync.
