Thanks for the great software but please tell me if i'm doing something wrong here.
i am running mdk9.1 leenux and have installed multisync 80-1 via rpm plus opie, evolution and backup plug-ins. setup opie/openzaurus plug-in for the zaurus to use ftp on port 4242 with user:root pass:root and can connect fine. evolution is my first plugin with opie/zaurus being my second. that is my only pair as i can't really get my head round what that's all about anyways. the data from my zaurus gets written to evolution just fine but if i add data in evolution it doesn't get written to my zaurus! i can't find any errors or logs that show up problems nor people with the same problem. is this a user profile thing? of course i don't run evolution as root, i run it as a user. could this be the problem. i also can't quite understand how one sets up a system so data is not over written or duplicated but is actually synced ie both evolution and my zaurus have the same data as eachother. that is, i suppose the point of this software, but forgive me that i don't understand the docs or TFM ;). please help if you can. many thanks, netjunkie ------------------------------------------------------- This sf.net email is sponsored by:ThinkGeek Welcome to geek heaven. http://thinkgeek.com/sf _______________________________________________ Multisync-users mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/multisync-users
