I simply pointed multisync to the serial port in use. Check permissions or try to run multisync as root to if the problem is about permissions. With BT it took some time to figure out that you should use channel 11. > (SW on the T310 is R1F005 - Do I need an update of sorts?) Mine is one of the earliest models and it have never been sw updated.
