Kelly,

I find that my Zaurus is fickle; the network connection does not always come up. If I unplug the USB and re-install it hotplug on the Zaurus will pick it up and re-start the network.

Try pinging the Zaurus to make sure the lan is up.

I upgraded Multisync and my plugins to .81

The first time I plugged in my Z, I acknowledged a screen that asked if it was ok to connect, I pushed yes.  Now Multisync has the following in the log file:
"Failed to connect remote:  Failed to load data from device 192.168.129.201"

I tried deleting addressbook.xml and the command line showed that it couldn't find the .xml file.  After creating it I still had the same problem above (Failed to load).

When I just let Multisync go from the command line, at first it comes up with fetching all the files ... todo, addressbk, datebk & categories and then it just goes to fetching the addressbk.  At this time my Z will say that it's syncing too.  There are .xml files in my /tmp directory but no data is exchanged.

So the sync is working successfully and the data is in the files on your
Zaurus, but the PIM applications are not showing any data?

What are you running on your Z - Opie/OpenZaurus or the Sharp ROM, and
what version? Are the PIM apps quickloaded, and if so are you using the
QCop option in the Opie plugin config?
