Well, we do take requests :) Looking at sylpheed (the latest stable release) it would seem to be pretty simple to get an address book sync working. If people really would like this I can probably get something together. Any thoughts on how you would like the multiple addressbook feature of sylpheed synced? Select one addressbook? Do the different addressbooks based on "category"?
I'm not so sure about doing anything with the Gnome PIM apps like gnome-cal. I think they are getting phased out in favor of Evolution in the Gnome world.
