Assuming that you have built and installed the irmc and evolution
plugins successfully and installed them, this problem is usually due to
missing libraries in your path at runtime.

Run ldd on the Multisync plugin .so files where they are installed and
look for missing libraries. Modify /etc/ld.so.conf and re-run ldconfig
accordingly. Then bug the packager of those libraries on your system to
set this up properly out of the box :)
