I looks like a weird mix of different SynCE packages.

Remove all of synce-* from above and instead you install SynCE 0.8.9
from the source code archives listed here:

http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=30550&package_id=22569&release_id=205447

Then use the synce-matchmaker command line tool to make sure you that
you have a synchronization partnership with your device.
