Could you please hit the "Address" *button* (next to the large address
field) in Evo and check that the addresses really aren't there and that
you aren't just missing the address label?

If yes I'll have to ask you for a little patience, if no I could do with
some more input (configure with --enable-debug, run with
MULTISYNC_DEBUG=1 and let us take a look at the output and the logs).
