This is the output from tzconfig on my system:
~> tzconfig
bash: tzconfig: command not found

But seriously, my timezone is also Europe/Stockholm on the system
(running SUSE 9.0)

I've set the hardware clock to "local time" instead of "UTC", dunno if
that matters. The installation of SUSE says that I should choose UTC if
Linux is the only OS, and since I'm running dual boot, I chose "local
time".
