Hi Lukas,

I've just read your mail to the list on sourceforge and happened to try to
compile multisync today under SuSE 9.0, too.
I've just subscribed to the list, so please excuse me if this post does not
show up properly as a reply to Lukas post.

Fortunately I have solved most of the problems:

irmc_sync
An installed openobex cannot be found because of line 37 in configure.in:
LIBS="$LIBS -lglib-2.0"
this lib is not installed in a default SuSE box. The compilation should just
run fine after deleting this line. (according to an older post on this list,
this line was introduced because of another compiling problem under another
linux os, iirc -- maybe there is another way of fixing this compile error?)

evolution_sync
The required file libgssapi.la is part of the heimdal-devel package from SuSE.
Install this RPM an everything should compile.

I cannot say anything about the palm_sync plugin, because i dont have a plam
and dont need the plugin...

HTH,
Metty
