the client (for palm or pocket pc, i'm using the
latter) is at:  http://www.synthesis.ch/support_e.php

i misspoke however, they aren't opensourcing the
client to the best of my knowledge (i got  them
confused w/ funambol), but they do offer a 30 day
trial and their support person i'm working with has
offered up some of their command line tools and
debugging tools to try and get this to work.

in the mean time i'll try the patch/fix mentioned in
another post.
