Yes and no. It doesnt support it directly atm. But if there is a way to
feed the ldif to the ldap plugin then it would probably work. I need to
check what the ldap libraries support...

Both is supported. Either you can resolve it manually or you can choose
that multisync duplicates the entry. Then you can delete one of them on
either side
