Unfortunately this is a (known) limitation with the current design of
MultiSync. Each sync pair only knows about the other plugin in the pair
and that is it - if you make changes in multiple locations then you end
up with duplicates.

If you have Opie and 2 Linux boxes with Evolution then I would suggest
#1. The issue comes if you make changes on box B - then you are best to
manually sync back to box and and then to Opie.

Fixing this limitation is one of the future goals of MultiSync.
