Hello,

Does anyone know what the trick is for getting the multisync-evolution
plugin to work with Mandrake (9.2)? I get the libgal-ally error when
trying to install the RPM:

[EMAIL PROTECTED] multisync]# rpm -ivh multisync-evolution-0.82-2.i386.rpm
error: Failed dependencies:
   libgal-a11y-2.0.so.5 is needed by multisync-evolution-0.82-2

[EMAIL PROTECTED] multisync]# rpm -qa | grep -i libgal
libgal23-0.24-1mdk
libgal2.0_5-1.99.9-3mdk
libgal2.0_5-devel-1.99.9-3mdk
libgal23-devel-0.24-1mdk

I've searched everywhere for libgal-ally but it doesn't appear to exist
as a separate package. Even googling it only comes back with about 12
hits - all of which are people having similar problems finding it.

Does this library only exist in Red Hat?

Does the plugin really need this lib or this a packaging issue? i.e. if
I compile the plugin from source will it still need the elusive
libgal-ally or can that dependency be removed?

Thanks,
Kevin Masaryk
