I had built FC2 RPMs, but then totally forgot about uploading them to the 
release on Sourceforge. They are up there now.

Can you try downloading the FC2 RPM at
http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=64305&package_id=61421&release_id=230460
 
and give that a go?
