Hi,

I've successufully used multisync witm my t610 over bluetooth to sync
with evolution and to backup data.

I understood I can do the same over the Internet using syncml. Is that
right?
I guess I need some help to actually do it... please

When I try with synchronization-> remote sync-> start

what I get is:

synchronization startup
and then after around 50 seconds
synchronization interrupted

Here follows my test environment...

I'm using multisync 0.82-1 with libmultisync-plugin-syncml 0.82-1 on
debian testing/unstable.

I configured a syncml-backup pair with

First plugin syncml options:

syncml role: syncml server
connection:  https://<this computer>:5079/
aurthentication: login syncml
                 password <my pass>
calendar database: calendar
phonebook batabase: addressbook

Second plugin backup options:
backup to directory: <my multisunc backup path>

I configured my t610 with

synchronization-> options-> remote setup-> remote login-> synchro
server->
user id: syncml
password: <my pass>
URL: https://<my_computer_fqdn>:5079/

synchronization-> options-> remote setup-> remote login-> wap profile->
select->
<my usual wap profile>

synchronization-> options-> remote setup-> remote login-> applications->
contacts->
database: addressbook
database user id: <empty>
database user password: <empty>

synchronization-> options-> remote setup-> remote login-> applications->
calendar-> meetings->
database: calendar
database user id: <empty>
database user password: <empty>

synchronization-> options-> remote setup-> remote login-> applications->
calendar-> todo->
database: calendar
database user id: <empty>
database user password: <empty>

synchronization-> remote sync-> applications->
checked contacts
checked calendar

I start the sync pair

I can see the server is waiting:
$ lsof -i -n|grep 5079
multisync  5728 blasco   23u  IPv4 549023       TCP *:5079 (LISTEN)
multisync  5730 blasco   23u  IPv4 549023       TCP *:5079 (LISTEN)
multisync  5731 blasco   23u  IPv4 549023       TCP *:5079 (LISTEN)
multisync  5732 blasco   23u  IPv4 549023       TCP *:5079 (LISTEN)
multisync  5822 blasco   23u  IPv4 549023       TCP *:5079 (LISTEN)
multisync  5823 blasco   23u  IPv4 549023       TCP *:5079 (LISTEN)

What am I missing? How can I debug it?
Please help.
