I
have finally managed to get SynCE to hook up to Multisync!! I purchased a iPAQ
1920 two months ago, but installed SuSE 9.0 on my new laptop (Compaq R3120CA)
because 9.1 was not available. 9.0 had a problem with the USB driver which was
corrected with 9.1. I then had a problem getting Synce to compile and resolved
this today.
Finally I have Synce talking to MultiSync but only the Contacts and ToDos
sync, the Calendar events don't. I'm running SuSE 9.1 Pro, with Synce 0.8.9, and
MultiSync .82. If I add an event in the iPAQ calendar, Multisync does not see it
... and if I Sync, I get .. no new changes. If I add an event in Evolution,
MultiSync dows see it and schedules a sync, but the event never gets to the
iPAQ. :(
