anybody know when the new version (including gnokii plugin) will be
available for download (as rpm packages)? Now I try to copmpile CVS
version, but cannot build evolution plugin.
Are you using Evolution 2.0? I tried to use the current CVS Debian packages with 2.0 and the plugin doesn't show up, so it makes sense to think that the plugin might not compile. Presumable you need at least evolution-1.4 and evolution-1.4-dev.
Not sure about the new version timing, but the current CVS snapshot looks excellent: includes gnokii plugin and LDAP plugin. Bonus!
