Just another is the pursuit to get the evo2 plugin working.

I updated multisync to the HEAD, ran
./autogen.sh
./configure
make

make failed with
[snip]
make[2]: Entering directory `/usr/src/multisync/src'
Makefile:227: *** missing separator.  Stop.
[snip]

The offending line in src/Makefile is:
@AMDEP_TRUE@@am__include@ @[EMAIL PROTECTED](DEPDIR)/[EMAIL PROTECTED]@

During the ./configure I was getting lots of these warnings:
/usr/share/automake-1.5/am/depend2.am: AMDEP does not appear in AM_CONDITIONAL
/usr/share/automake-1.5/am/lang-compile.am: AMDEP does not appear in AM_CONDITIONAL

I don't know enough about makefiles to fix this myself.

I trying this with:
autoconf (GNU Autoconf) 2.59
automake (GNU automake) 1.5
GNU Make 3.80
