Thats no error. the bluetooth plugin is an additional plugin that cannot be directly loaded by multisync. This error message is correct.
Of course that your contacts are not syncing IS an error :) I just took a quick look at the code. The numbers the change counter is reporting are the number of contact it already knows about not the changes reported.
