you can either check out from the subversion repository:

svn co http://svn.opensync.org/trunk/ opensync
svn co http://svn.opensync.org/multisync/trunk/ multisync-0.90

or use the release tarballs from:

http://svn.opensync.org/multisync/releases/
http://svn.opensync.org/releases/

The documentation can be found here:

http://svn.opensync.org/multisync/trunk/docs/

and there is also doxygen documentation:
run "doxygen Doxyfile" in the opensync dir. the docs will then be built
in docs/html
