Hi, Multisync did work with an older version ( which did connect to Evo1 ). But then from a point in the past all following Multisync versions that were installed by Debian apt-get dist-upgrade resulted in failing multisync connection to K700i.
The conection is working with xgnokii, kdebluetoothd, kandy - so I assume, that my setup can't be that wrong. Do I have to look for some settings in hcid.conf or rfcomm.conf? I tried using calbe connection with /dev/rfcomm0 and Bluetooth. Even if K700i is found during scan, the following test fails. If I select cable with /dev/rfcomm0 ( which is working for kandy ), the log window of Multisync tells me, that the connection refused due to "Not authorized". My config: + Debian System + Linux 2.6.10 + Cambridge Silicon Radio, Ltd Bluetooth Dongle (HCI mode) + Multisync 0.82 Thanks, Achim ------------------------------------------------------- SF email is sponsored by - The IT Product Guide Read honest & candid reviews on hundreds of IT Products from real users.
