you stumbled across the infamous conversion bug. evo2 only generates vcards version 3.0 but some cellulars only understand version 2.1. You unfortunately have to wait for multisync 0.90 to have support for vcard conversion between 2.1 and 3.0
is this conversion bug removed in the current cvs version?
No. this bug cannot be fixed in version 0.8X because of its architecture...
The next version features a completely new conversion system that can do such things.
