Please forgive the basic question, but how does one get the "Multisync Opie/Zaurus Config" dialog shown in the screenshot on the how-to? I found no suggestions in the how-to and no tabs or options for the dialog in Multisync itself.

I think the easiest approach is to take a look at the other plugins. The
approach is basically to generate a gui using glade and provide a hook
that will be called by multisync to display the gui.
