Hi

I've just got MultiSync working with my Sony Ericsson Z1010 mobile over
Bluetooth on Linux and I'm very impressed to have this level of
functionality.

I have set up a plugin pair between my Sony Ericsson (IRMC over
Bluetooth) and Novell Evolution 2. Synchronization seems to be working
well for importing events from my Ericsson to Evolution, except for one
bizarre situation. If I create an appointment that begins at 0900 and
is set to finish at 1000, the event does not appear in Evolution. If I
change either the starting time or the duration, the event does appear.

It seems that on my phone, if I accept the default event duration (1
hour) for a 9am appointment, it does not set an end timestamp in the
DTEND field, but rather some kind of extended date field specifying only
the date. In case MultiSync interprets this as an all-day event, I
checked the "Convert all day events" box in the IRMC plugin options, but
this did not make the event appear on a fresh sync.

Here's a sample event I got changing the Evo plugin to the Backup
plugin:
