Hi Dan,
In Gentoo terms it's release 0.83_pre20050414-r2, released 10 May 2005.
The multisync website says that Evo 2 support was added 27 Oct 2004 - look
here http://multisync.sourceforge.net/news.php - but you'll need to build
from CVS.
