I'm looking to buy a phone specifically to synchronise with a PIM on my linux machine. It must support addressbook, calendar and todo-list synchronisation, at the least.
Why does the device compatibility list not list the SyncML plugin? Does anybody have any experience with using SyncML? It's a shame there's not a way for users to easily submit details of their experiences (preferably just radio buttons for each major function: works, partly works, doesn't work), then there might be more complete information available.
