Hi! MultiSync 0.8x is no longer maintained or supported in any way. The same goes for synce-multisync-plugin, which by the way doesn't work with Windows Mobile 5. You should visit www.synce.org to get the instructions you need, but unfortunately I can't connect there myself at the moment.
