function(which intern confirms the user action) and take what ever action u

|I am new to .Net and have got into an
ASP.Net project |
|about a month back. We are facing VB.Net as
the language|
|and I 've got stuck at the following place:

|I have a asp:Button on click of which I
have written |
|some code in the associated EventHandler.
In this, I am |
|calling a function written in my Class
file, which does |
|the Database interaction for deleting some
records. |
|However, I need to prompt the user before
doing this. |
|Obviously, I cant use the messagebox
function over here |
|in this case since its asp.net. So I am
using a |
|roundabout way of calling a JavaScript
function to |
|display the alert message to the user and
then depending|
|upon the user answer, again getting into
the classs file|
|and doing the further processing. I guess
the code is |
|becoming quite messy due to this, just for
the sake of |
|displaying an alert to the user.

|Can anyone please suggest a better way out
for this?? |
