Hi

I want to develop an ASP.NET application. I am using a dll built in vb6,
within my ASP.NET Project. This dll internally writes to a txt file. I have
registered this dll. When I try to call this dll I get the error message
"Path/File access error".

When I call the Same dll from vb 6 windows application it works fine.

Now since the Web application runs under the user IUSR_Servername, I added
this user to the folder from where I registered the dll and gave this user
write permission on that folder.
Also from the Internet service manager I provide Write permission on the
virtual directory.

The error persists. Now I added one more user "IWAM_Servername" to the
directory containing the dll and gave the write permission to it.

Still I am unable to make the dll work properly.

Can anyone suggest the probable cause of error ?
