Hi Nilay   It largely depends on your business requirements how you design your 
background servics.    Critical Processes are generally isolated into indiviual 
separate processes so that they are unaffected if the any of the threads cause a 
processwide failure. On the other hand the least critical tasks could be grouped into 
a single process as threads to save on resources. RAM usage, Task criticality &
