This can happen in the following
aspects
1. You are not an adminstrator for the
machine you are trying to debug
Solution: Log in
as an adminstrator to debug
2. You installed .NET first and then
assigned yourself as an adminstrator
Solution: Make
sure that you are (the logged in user) a part of all the groups in User
groups in your OS

dear friends I am madhav working on dotnet in hyderabad.
we got a problem with debugging. Even though We have set all
the Options for debugging it is giving an error message that
whe trying to run the project it is unable to debug the
project access is denied do u want to disable future attempts to
debug the project
please give any solution to this problem
